Migraines! Where to start?!

As a chronic migraineur I have tried many complementary therapies over the years to try and ease the frequency and severity. And guess what? Reflexology has really helped.

Reflexology is a holistic complementary health therapy, so I still see the neurologist and meditate, both of which have helped, and reflexology works alongside to help relax, calm and balance my body, mind and spirit.

Reflexologists do not claim to diagnose or cure but I can guarantee they have reflex points they can work to help ease migraines.

There are the brain and eye points to work on the auras, the pain and the exhaustion you may feel. The adrenals and solar plexus to address the stress you may feel when you feel an attack starting or which may have played a part in causing the attack, as well as the low mood many sufferers feel just before the attack. The neck point to address the neck ache and pain......I could go on!
