Support for menopausal women. Treatments aim to provide support for the individual, addressing the menopausal symptoms they are experiencing and aiding relaxation. Self help advice is offered as a gentle guide for emotional and physical wellbeing.
Family Reflexology sessions
Price depends on the number of adults and children receiving reflexology.
Reflexology is suitable for the whole family and can really help all ages relax, recharge and rebalance.
Family reflexology sessions are carried out in the comfort of your own home so that all ages are comfy and relaxed.
Adult sessions are one hour and children’s sessions are organised depending on age, generally the younger the child the shorter the treatment. Adults have to be present for a child’s session and the child is very welcome to bring something to read or cuddle during the session.
